A tirade against Greene by Dr Francois Duvalier also known as Papa Doc, Haiti's President in 1968 . The work was written in response to Greene's observations of Duvalier and his henchmen the Tonton Macoute in his novel The Comedians.
The text is in French and English and there are black and white photographs of Haiti's public works.
