Peta has been writing and directing pantomimes for over 20 years; she is currently the Theatre Development Officer for a small community theatre in Lincolnshire, where polite patrons refer to her as ‘The Pantomime Lady’ [And colleagues as that ‘Mad Panto Cow’!]
Several of her pantomime scripts have been adapted for BBC Radio Lincolnshire’s annual Christmas panto. and Christmas 2009 saw her version of ‘Cinderella’ on air, performed by presenters from Siren Radio, a community radio station based at the University of Lincoln campus.
At her happiest when working on yet another insane pantomime project, Peta is always delighted to hear from companies staging her scripts; please get in touch if she can help in any way.
Peta shares her small cottage with her son, and three characterful rescue moggies, Ishmael, Miss Tiggywinkle and new arrival, a kitten called Tabitha!
p.s. Her editor wrote this since she is far too embarrassed to write about herself. Oh, Yes, she is!
